Dirty Grout Can make You Sick

By Rick Amorey

I've had a bad case of the cough for the past few weeks. Add to that the cold I've been experiencing, and how the usual medicines seem to have stopped working on me, and you'll understand why it left us bewildered. Then, someone pointed out that it was because of the dirty household. In theory, cleaning it would make me feel better.

But that's the quandary; I'm generally the guy who does the cleaning in the house. As I was, at the time, stuck to my bed, I couldn't actually do it. And if I can't do it, the dirty atmosphere won't make me feel better. So, in a rare display of sincerity, my family decided to help me clean the house this one time. For the most part.

In just under a day, the family went through the household, and it was spotlessly clean after. Except for the bathroom, that is.

And as I didn't get better the next day, I decided that the best way to deal with it is to call someone who can do some cleaning for a change. I went online and looked for any; that's when I stumbled upon a group of grout cleaners in the area. I decided that they would fit the task, and I convinced my brother to clean all non-grout related mess in the bathroom.

After paying my brother ten dollars for the messy job, I had the grout cleaners come over. There was a brief discussion on the cost, and then the cleaning began. And I'll admit; their work was pretty impressive.

The grout cleaners have done what I could never do even at full health; they were able to clean both bathrooms so well, it looks as if the tiles have just been applied onto the floor. It's well worth the cost of calling them up, and I will make sure to do it again in the future.

As a final note, I'm happy to say that my sickness went away the day after the bathrooms were cleaned.
