If an individual is not able to take in a high amount of water for some reason each day, they will be more prone to a breakout of acne. Drinking at least ten glasses of water each and every day is a good way for adults to prevent acne from forming on their skin.

Another remedy that adults can employ for getting rid of their acne is honey. All you have to do is apply a small amount of honey to the affected area of the skin before you go to bed at night. Then, in the morning, wash the honey off your face.
