Schwinn 430 Elliptical Trainer - Low-Impact Cardio Dream Machine

By Jennifer Testolini

Have you ever wished you could stay in the comfort of your own home and still get a great workout? Keep warm and dry on those cold or rainy days and never miss out on your exercise again. How? With the Schwinn 430 Elliptical Trainer!

The Schwinn 430 makes use of wonderful technology that easily allows you to receive a low-impact cardiovascular workout that won't stress sensitive joints, especially the knees. It is designed to be space efficient and capable of benefitting people of all fitness levels.

Along with allowing you to stay inside and exercise, the Schwinn 430 has other features that make working out a simple task. There are eight different workout levels and programs, a heart rate monitor built into the handlebars, a water bottle and magazine holder, and three easy to read feedback displays.

The list of pros for the Schwinn 430 could go on and on. One lovely detail is that it is not only cheaper than a lot of exercise machines out there, but is also smaller! It is very well-built and certain to endure countless years of regular use.

Noise from your workout is not an issue with the Schwinn 430. Its ECB system is so quiet, you will not be a bother to anyone sleeping or working quietly in your household, making it easier to fit in exercise on your own schedule.

Just a couple negative things to point out are that for one, you must self-assemble the machine. For the average person, it might take a little extra time to put it together firmly. Also, although it is easy on your knees, the foot plates tend to be a little forceful on your feet.

Also, a squeaking noise has said to possibly develop after a short period of use, but is easily fixed with a small amount of lubricant. And lastly, some people may find that the display screen is hard to read, normally in the dark, because there is no backlight.
