Kids and pets mix really well! They keep each other entertained, busy and out from under my feet, which is why I love my two sons, Max and Sam, having pets. At present, we have a cat called Max, who recently underwent a small "removal" operation, meaning that he sleeps all of the time, and we have a couple of goldfish, who are, quite frankly, rather boring.
