For quick and simple, yet festive Christmas cupcakes, all you need do is bake up a batch of cupcakes (from scratch, or if you're really in a time crunch, use your favorite mix.) Then, top with green, white, or red frosting; toss on some green and red sprinkles, and you have quick and easy Christmas cupcakes.
- The weather outside may be frightful ... many, mini-snowdrifts-in-a-cup is the idea here. Top your little cakes with white icing (you can use red or green if you like) toss on some grated coconut, and dust them with powdered sugar.
