Star Wars FX Lightsabers - The Ultimate Star Wars Gift

By R.M.Doyle

Today you have the chance now of being able to act just like a number of the more well known characters from the Star Wars movies. This is because today you are able to purchase an official replica of the Lightsabers that these characters would use. For anyone who is a serious fan of the Star Wars movies owning one of the Star Wars FX Lightsabers is something that they would be proud of.

What you will find that the Star Wars FX Lightsabers do cost more than the toy one's that can be brought for children, but they also do considerably more. In fact these ones come with the following features:-

1. The blades of these Lightsabers glow and ignite with the same realistic power up and down effects that you will have seen in the ones used in the movies.

2. The sound effects that these make are authentic and real as they have been digitally recorded directly from the movies.

3. All of the different models of these Lightsabers come with four motion sensors that control not just the sound effects, but the power up and power down feature, the idle hum and the clash features as well.

4. The hilt of every one of the Lightsabers is made from metal that is durable and as well as looking just like those in the movie it feels like them as well.

5. After you have finished competing against your enemies then you are provided with a display stand on which your Lightsabers can rest until it is needed once more.

The only decision you now have to make is which of the three models of these Lightsabers you want. You can either choose the Darth Vader Red Blade model, or the Luke Skywalker Blue Blade model. However, many of you may prefer to go for the smaller sized Yoda Green Blade model.

For you to actually use the different Star Wars FX Lightsabers you will need to insert batteries into them which they don't actually come with. For the Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader models you will need to insert 3 x AA batteries into the hilt of the Lightsabers first. As for the Yoda model which is in fact only 33 inches long to power this one requires 3 x AAA batteries.
